    This hotel was cool in every respect, had INCREDIBLE staff from the concierge guys. The room was big and there were a couch, crisp sheets and a dressing table. Full English breakfasts with great options, the scrambled eggs plus unlimited coffee was comprehensive. Great location, a bus stop was close to our property. This hotel was located in an amazing area.

    marvellous location, the hotel was nearby a subway station. i stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the room, which was good sized with a view.

    Excellent service very clean well maintained although room only just had drinks at bar

    club sandwich ordered on room service with soup poor chips and soup were cold although edible not good value. I have eaten much better club sandwiches in other hotels on room service. Shame because everything else for our 2 night stay was 100% would return without a doubt.

    The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids, and the breakfast selection was impressive with made-to-order omelettes that we all enjoyed.

    Generally a very clean hotel, helpful staff and good atmosphere. It is in a good location.

    We felt it was a little too expensive particularly as the cost didn't include breakfast. Breakfast was overpriced and consequently we found other establishments that culd offer the same at a much more reasonable price.

    Convenient location and very comfortable surroundings

    The pool times for children were not convenient - 10am - 12; 2pm - 4pm; and 8pm until close (this was far too late for most children), as a result did not use the spa facilities during our stay. Also the age limit for children - 16 or over to use the pool was rather

    This hotel is very convenient for the Theatre and also for the tube service, making it easy to enjoy a variety of excursions. Staff are friendly and helpful and the facility to leave your bags in storage is ideal.
